December Results

We met at Mac and Bonnie’s house to discuss what we need to do for next year to continue to grow our club.
December Notes
Although we only had three people show for the meeting, we discussed some items and made a few decisions. If you want to be involved please attend the January Meeting.
We have received $200 in anonymous donations for our club. At this point we will be using the money to have two new buffalo targets made to replace the ones that turned up missing just before the Ambush. If there is any money left we will vote on what to do with it in January.
We will be working on making legs for targets that were donated this year so that they will be off the ground. T.W. will be bringing bed frames to cut up and use for this project.
We decided to add a big bore and derringer using stage to each match so we can use them if you have them. Derringer scenarios will always have the derringer off the clock and it will be a bonus if done. The stage with the big bore, will have one shot that you may shoot with a big bore rifle or single load your main match rifle, it will be on the clock for everyone, and it will be a bonus.
Due to low numbers we tabled the following two items:
- Whether to raise the price of the Ambush, we will need to pay more for the catered dinner if we do not have 30 dinners, or are we going to get 30 shooters and extra dinners?
- How are we going to raise money for the club in this year, do we want to raffle something if so what do we want to raffle?
Enclosed is a refridgerator reminder of the dates of cowboys meeting and shoots for 2011.

Ken Van Sant of Van Sant Productions was at the 2009 three day match and videod people who were in attendance for a 30 minute video that he put on the air on local channel 13. Ken Van Sant has given a couple of copies of the video to use for loan purposes.
